The SHS Viking Wrestlers competed in multiple events over the past several days including the prestigious "Southern Slam" at Eastside HS, the Woodruff Wolverine Invitational for female wresters, and a dual match against Chesnee & Woodruff. Dessa Nunez won gold at the Wolverine Invitational on Friday and last night in dual action against Chesnee and Woodruff several wrestlers wrestled well. Winning for the Vikings were Dessa Nunez, Lorrene Smith, Bella Moore, Lorrene Smith, Micah Hall, Carter Campbell, Silas Crossland, Ferris Abdelqader, Mark Gauthier, BJ Sanders, Phillip Fulmer, Davion Dawkins, Mason Foster-Peake, BJ Carson, and Jaden Foster-Peake. Our Vikings are back in action at Mauldin on Wednesday (12/6).
