Congratulations to the Boys' and Girls' Viking Swim Teams for their performances in the Region Championship Meet on Thursday. The girls placed 2nd overall, and the boys placed 3rd overall at this exciting event! All-Region Swimmers were Finn McEnroe, William Lancaster, Harrison Babb, Wyatt Joyce, Will Yeargin, Paul Whisnant, Caroline Byers, Teagan McEnroe, Tempe Freeman, Anna Camille Elliott, and Dessa Nunez!! In addition to our All Region Swimmers, scoring points for the team were Clarissa Vereen, Karter Glymph, Claire Lauer, Lillie Hancock, Tucker Cartwright, Seth Miller, and Jennifer Waddle! Our next meet is the State Championship Meet in Columbia, SC, at the Blatt Natatorium! The girls will swim on Saturday, October 14th, at 6:00 p.m., and the boys will swim on Monday, October 16th, at 6:00 p.m.! A list of State Meet swimmers will be sent out on Monday!
