Vikings Roll Past TL Hanna With Record-Breaking Performance

VIKINGS ROLL PAST TL HANNA WITH RECORD-BREAKING PERFORMANCE

The Varsity girl's lacrosse team picked up their 8th win of the season over TL Hanna with a score of 18 to 3. It was yet another record-breaking night as Evers Morris broke the final offensive record held by Coach Lanie Graves (189 goals). Evers scored 7 goals in the win, which puts her at 193 career goals (52 goals for the season and averaging 5.8 goals per game this season). Virginia Delaney added 4 goals and Saffy Evans scored 3. Adding to the scoring for the Vikings were Addie Usry (2 goals), Blythe Lemonds (1 goal) and Brice Krydynksi (1 goal). Martha Barre continues to dish the ball out picking up 3 assists. Defensively, the Vikings continue to limit scoring allowing just 3 goals (4.7 goals per game). Saffy Evans led the defense with 4 ground balls and 2 caused turnovers. Abby Hampton led things in the cage with 4 saves. The Vikings hit the road on Friday and face region opponent Riverside. Go Vikings!
